Q4.  How long will it take to complete our website?  The answer to this questions depends largely on the client!  The single, most important factor in delaying the production of a website is the provision of its content.  However once the content is ready and the contract signed, websites are usually ready to go online within four weeks.  It is possible for sites to be completed more quickly, but extra cost may be entailed.

Q7.  Do you repair and rebuild existing websites?  Absolutely.  Many of our clients come to us with existing websites, which require some degree of improvement and/or development.  This we are willing and able to do.  The cost of this work varies, but again we will generally quote a project price prior to commencement of the work.

Q5.  Does web hosting mean we have access to the Internet?  No unfortunately not.  Web hosting refers to leasing space for you website to reside, in order that it may be seen on the Internet.  Access to the web (whether it be dial-up, DSL, cable modem or fiber optic cable) is something separate and refers to the means by which your computer accesses pages on the Internet.
