Human Services Master Plan
The Human Services Master Plan is a database of 212 reports containing policies, recommendations and plans related to health and
human services that were adopted by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors, approved by County Departments or Divisions or
completed and presented but not formally adopted. The policies and plans are organized into 22 population served/program categories
for comparison and analysis. Six of the categories were analyzed for consistency, gaps and complementary and conflicting policies.
An overview of the Master Plan and the analyses are contained in the Master Plan Summary Report. The Summary Report should make use
of the actual database easier. Therefore, it is recommended that the user read the Summary Report before searching the database.
